During his 18 year career, Jamie has had the opportunity to design, manage and oversee the construction of nearly 300 projects ranging in size from $20,000 to $20,000,000 and ranging in scope from public art installations to federal buildings. Jamie has managed public projects for clients including Iowa State University, Des Moines Public Schools, Des Moines Municipal Housing Agency, Polk County, Jasper County and Marshall County Conservation, The City of West Des Moines, the City of Pella, the City of Ankeny and Eldora as well as projects owned and managed by the United States General Services Administration. 

Jamie has a long history of working on many significant K-12 educational projects for the Des Moines Public Schools and other districts across the state of Iowa. He has completed projects ranging from complex district master planning to new facilities, renovations and secure entry configurations.

In addition to public work, Jamie has had the opportunity to design nearly 3000 housing units across the Midwest. His range and experience with residential projects can be found throughout the entire spectrum of the industry. His diversity of experience and dedication to our clients has allowed him to manage and maintain long term local private development clients including Jerry’s Homes, Mandelbaum Commercial Real Estate, Colby Interests, Benchmark Real Estate Group, Hubbell Realty and Nelson Construction and Development. His experience reaches well beyond local private development as well, working with national commercial clients such as Dollar Tree, Jiffy Lube, Ace Hardware and Earl May Nurseries.
